Supersonic Inc., an industry-leading consumer electronics manufacturer/wholesaler with 40 years of experience, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Entry Shipping Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of order processing, from order entry to scheduling pickups and ensuring outbound logistics are met with accuracy and guidelines.

- Hours of Work: 9:00AM -5:00PM; Monday- Friday

Responsibilities:
- Create picking sheets, sales orders, invoices, and bill of lading
- Ensure shipments meet shipping accuracy and guidelines requirements
- Answer customer inquiries regarding pending and shipped orders
- Confirm all shipping documents are legible and accurate
- Follow up with purchase orders and backorders for customers
- Able to ship Amazon/e-commerce orders (plus)
- Obtain freight quotes from various trucking companies such as UPS, FedEx, EDI, Customs, Estes, YRC, TForce, Reddaway, Old Dominion, etc.
- Arrange pick-up and delivery
- Assist with sending out samples and catalogs to customers
- Perform clerical tasks such as writing letters, emails, answering phones, and filing
Requirements:
- 2+ years of shipping experience
- Knowledge of MAS/Sage 100 ERP Inventory Program (We can train you!)
- Inventory management experience
- Experience with LTL
- Experience with UPS Worldship to ship and print labels
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) is a huge plus
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as interact with other staff members and key personnel in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills with the initiative and ability to resolve issues
- Must be very organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Must be fluent in English, but knowledge of other languages such as Tagalog, Filipino, Mandarin, Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish is a major plus.
