**Elementary Math Curriculum Leader**
**Overview:**
Squirrel Ai Learning is seeking an Elementary Math Curriculum Lead to manage and oversee the production of educational content across scripts, PowerPoints, problems, and videos for elementary math products. This role is crucial for individuals who excel in multitasking, possess a robust understanding of elementary math education, and have proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design. This position demands the ability to handle pressure maturely, work proactively, and maintain strong motivation to achieve the highest educational standards.
**Responsibilities:**
· Lead the grade-level teams to ensure the successful delivery of these four key deliverables, managing the content production tasks and processes effectively to meet tight schedules.
· Oversee the production of educational content for one or two specific grade levels, focusing on scripts, PPTs, problems, and videos.
· Support the coordination and management of the lead teams for scripts, PPTs, problems, and videos, ensuring that all content aligns with our educational standards and approaches.
· Ensure consistent and high-quality output across all teams by conducting regular calibration sessions and reviews.
· Serve as a point of communication between the Curriculum Director and the leads for each content area, facilitating effective execution and integration of learning objectives.
· Assist in strategic planning and implementation of curriculum development processes to enhance educational delivery and efficacy.
**Requirements:**
- · Minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching math in an elementary setting, with a strong background in curriculum design and instructional best practices.
· 3+ years of experience in curriculum design, specifically developing scopes and sequences.
· 3+ years of experience leading teams within an educational content production environment.
· 3+ years of experience working in an EdTech company, with a preference for those who have worked with AI adaptive learning systems.
· Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of deliverables and find efficiencies in production processes.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
· Current with the research and best practices of math instruction for Grades K-8.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
