We are looking for a Routing Clerk to join our Operations team at Wood Fruitticher. This role works Sunday-Thursday afternoon/evening and is off every Friday and Saturday. The Routing Clerk is responsible for coordinating and managing the routing and scheduling of deliveries to ensure efficient and timely transportation of goods. This roll involves maintaining accurate records, communicating with various departments, and utilizing logistics software to optimize routing plans.
Job responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule the routing and deliveries to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with drivers and sales to arrange efficient routes
- Serve as the point of contact for routing inquiries from internal departments
- Communicate any changes or updates in routing schedules to relevant parties promptly
- Utilize routing and logistics software to optimize delivery routes and minimize transportation costs
- Analyze routing data and recommend improvements to increase efficiency
- Ensure all routing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Address and resolve any routing or scheduling issues that may arise
Applicants must have

- Have excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with little supervision
- Strong decision making skills
- Experience with Roadnet Anywhere a strong plus
