Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented Front Desk Agent/ Night audit to join our team at Inn at Middletown hotel. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check-in/check-out guests efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Manage reservations and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with concierge services and provide local recommendations
- Operate phone systems and manage incoming calls
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling guest relations
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management software is advantageous
