The salary range for this role is $73,100.00 - $109,700.00/annually. This position is a Remote based position.
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

General Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Business Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Financial Planning and Analytics team. This role is crucial in driving our financial planning processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecasting. The ideal candidate will possess a balanced skill set across business analytics, financial statements, and technical tools like Power BI and Excel. This fast-paced environment requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly integrate into projects and contribute to our financial strategies.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast models. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Net Working Cashflow. Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations for financial analysis. Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as required. Continuously improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications For The Job
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel; ability to build complex financial models and perform data analysis.
- Technical skills in Power BI; ability to create and manage data visualizations.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, CPA, CFA) or relevant certification.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced industry.
- Familiarity with other data analysis tools and software.
