Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Follow company policies and procedures for sales, returns, and exchanges
Experience:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and merchandise displays
- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is an asset for serving diverse customer base
- Experience in electronics sales or knowledge of electronic products is beneficial
