Landart America is hiring a full-time Office Administrative Assistant for our Residential Division with experience in customer service, dispatch and creating purchase/work orders. The ideal candidate for this position must be motivated, self-driven and outgoing. We are searching for a team player who is organized and dependable with a positive attitude and knows how to respond to situations and circumstances under extreme pressure.
General office administrative responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Communication with crew and sub-contractors
- Email correspondence confirming scheduled appointments.
- Communication and email correspondence with Construction Managers and Warrant Reps
- Assisting with daily tasks in Builder Trend
- Request TX-811 Line Locates
- Data Entry in BuilderTrend
- Viewing EPO’s in SupplyPro
- Assist Area Managers with site visits.
- Verify that previous work has been completed
Skills Required: (Recommended but not required.)
- Excel
- Microsoft Office 365
- BuilderTrend
- SupplyPro (Builder supported billing application)
Qualifications:
- Experience in office administration (2 years minimum)
- Experience in customer service
- Spanish speaking preferred**
