Job Overview:
Oerlikon HRSflow USA LLC (formerly Inglass USA) is seeking a dynamic Account Manager with experience selling to the injection molding industry, to join our global team selling hot runner systems. The ideal candidate will be located in the Milwaukee or Chicago area ands be responsible for developing a territory, managing client accounts, fostering positive relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, sales
-- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively
- Knowledge of technical sales
- Leadership qualities with the ability to lead client engagements and drive results
This position works from your home base with up to 75% travel. The plant is in Byron Center, MI . You will go there for customer visits and sales meetings as necessary.
