Qualifications
- Passionate approach to hospitality as well as food & beverage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well in environment with time constraints
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently
- Commitment to retaining information during training process, including memorization of food/beverage offerings as well as restaurant standards and practices
- Knack for inspiring teammates to go above-and-beyond expectations
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate commitment to high standards of hospitality and providing an ideal guest experience
- Be willing to handle high volume with poise and grace, thriving under the pressure of a busy service
- Consistently approach duties with a sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail
- Perform secondary responsibilities including cleaning tasks, stocking, and organization at direction of team leaders
- Step outside scope of responsibilities to assist team members with theirs

Compensation: $16.90-$21.00/hr (hourly + tips)
