JOB SUMMARY
As a CBRE Senior Facilities Manager, you will lead many functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio of buildings.
This job is part of the functional area of facilities management, which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets. It provides support to property managers regarding repairs and investment plans.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide formal supervision to employees. Track staff training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees

Coordinate and lead the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed

Coordinate facility repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors

Maintain positive client relationships and conduct meetings on unresolved facility issues

Prepared and led large, high-profile capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports

Perform facility inspections and quality assurance following local, state, and federal laws. Suggest and implement operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities

Build environmental health and safety procedures for facilities

Develop vendor relationships and supervise invoicing procedures. Review and approve purchase orders for procuring project parts, services, and labor

Apply broad business knowledge that integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives
