Full time Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Wolff PAC is looking to add to our pack. Our practice is looking to add on an amazing BCBA to our team. Wolff PAC provides ABA therapy to young clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. We are a locally owned pediatric center. Our medical practice is made up of the Director of Clinical Services, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), Behavior Technicians (BT), and administrative personnel's.
Our mission is to empower and build confidence. It is important to us that we provide a fun therapeutic environment to engage with each child including families and provide tools and skills to be successful. The focus is to apply ABA therapy in teaching kids social skills, communications, and other developmental milestones.
Board Certified Behavior Analysts are responsible for clinical treatment of the clients we serve and the supervision of technicians implementing the treatment. We provide mentorship to BCBA with less than 5 years of experience. Our behavior analysts have the mindset of there's always room for learning and being humble.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assess and developing treatment protocols for clients.
- Ensure treatment protocols are implements with strong fidelity.
- Support, mentor, supervise behavior technicians.
- Communicate and consult with families on treatment progress and interventions.
- Complete progress notes daily.
- Manage a caseload of clients with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Adhere to the responsibilities according to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board requirements.
- Maintain active BLS or CPR certification and other professional certifications.
Requirements for the position:
- Must have an active and in good standing BCBA and COBA certification.
- Able to lift at least 30-50 lbs, move often, be on your feet etc. Essentially be ready to teach and play!
- Undergo a BCI and FBI background check.
- Abide by the BACB Ethics Code
