Overview:
Caswell Realty Company, a leading real estate firm specializing in residential and commercial properties, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth communication and workflow within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations for real estate transactions.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in person, via email, and over the phone.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates, email campaigns, and maintaining online listings.
- Perform general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and handling mail.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role in a real estate or similar industry preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
