Job Description Summary
Responsible for securing client relationships and delivery, management, and reporting related to commercial real estate portfolio management and transactions.
Job Responsibilities
- Collect and organize market and client research
- Develop new business primarily through in-person contacts, phone calls, market research, and targeted networking
- Enter new customer data and other client information into a database
- Work in collaboration with existing business development team
- Prepare strategies for client meetings in collaboration with firm professionals and leadership
- Lead responses to requests for proposals.
- Build Vestian brand recognition in the marketplace through networking and development of professional relationships
- Engage, Monitor, and direct field brokers to assure appropriate outcomes and deliverables
- Respond to client deadlines
- Organize, manage, deliver, and report on real estate transaction activities
- Maintain and enhance client relationships by providing best in class services
- Attend industry-specific conferences, trade shows, and other networking events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Construction, Business, or Related Field. MBA or advanced coursework preferred.
- Experience in financial analysis and knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to understand and integrate client priorities with real estate solutions offered.
- Prior business development experience
- Ability to deliver on client commitments on a timely basis
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
- Ability to procure and maintain a real estate salesperson license
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry or equivalent experience in another industry such as sales or marketing
