Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Answer telephones, direct calls, take messages and respond to emails.

Schedule appointments

Facilitate Rental Car Shuttle pickups and drop offs
-
Receive and issue a receipt for check and credit card payments
-
Ensure that work areas and customer waiting areas are kept clean.

Assist accounting with billing, with invoicing, credit, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions with daily back up support.

Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.

Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate, or explain information.

Inventory and order office supplies weekly.

Deliver messages internally and run errands as needed.

Working with multiple software systems daily depending on the tasks.

Help managers with jobs as needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:

Positive - Takes Initiative
-
Organizational skills are key in this role
-
2 or more years’ experience working as a receptionist/office assistant/accounting coordinator
-
Strong computer skills and highly proficient with MS Office Suite and able to navigate between other software systems depending on tasks
-
Previous experience working in the collision industry is a plus

Team player with an energetic personality and great customer service attitude

Must be 18 years or older
