The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Events Center Manager. This position is responsible for administering all phases of the senior and events division, including but not limited to sales, planning, marketing, servicing, and administrative procedures. Supervise all activities related to planned events at the Middletown Events and Senior Center, and accomplishes the necessary office administration duties and responsibilities. This position recommends, develops, and implements effective marketing plans for generating event revenue that supports the center and its senior services and activities. Minimum Requirements: College degree with course work in marketing, business administration, public relations, recreation services; or hospitality. Experience in event management, customer service, office administrative support or any equivalent combination of training and experience. Salary range: $69,198 to $99,919 annually plus excellent benefits package.
