Responsibilities:
- Manage and perform all duties to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified sales staff
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to the membership and fitness team
- Set sales goals and motivate team members to meet or exceed them
- Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with all members and local community businesses
- Direct other club departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a sales team
- Experience in store management or similar retail roles
- Knowledge of market trends and customer behavior
- Proficient in interviewing and selecting qualified candidates
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
- Sales management expertise to drive revenue growth
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing sales data and forecasting
