Position: Guest Experience Specialist in Training
- Starting at $14.00 per hour with room to grow based on experience, availability, and performance.

- Candidates with guest-facing experience as a server, host/front desk, concierge, customer service representative, etc. would be a great fit for this role!
Position Description: Our Guest Experience Specialists begin as entry-level Game Guides, who use empathy and expertise to create epic experiences based on each guest’s individual needs and wants. Candidates who are offered a Guest Experience Specialist in Training position are expected to complete their training with a manager within 2-6 weeks.
How Game Guides Serve Our Guests and Our Team:
- Enthusiastically greeting every single guest
- Leading groups of 2-12 guests in fun, friendly conversation
- Collecting information and making meaningful connections with our guests
- Enthusiastically explaining TEG and the rules of the game
- Using Game Guide software to monitor games and give teams clues and hints
- Giving a recap of the experience in the outro
- Demonstrating operational excellence by:
- Ensuring game components function properly
- Using setup sheets to accurately reset games
- Cleaning games and the building
- Restocking inventory
- Completing necessary reports
- Immediately and graciously resolving service failures
How Guest Experience Specialists Serve Our Guests and Our Team:
- Enthusiastically explaining our games and efficiently facilitating interactions in the lobby by:
- Checking in guests
- Making groups of 2-50 feel welcome, cared for, and excited for their escape game
- Coordinating reservation start times with a Team Leader
- Answering the phone
- Accurately booking reservation
Job Requirements:
- Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs and minor game repairs.
- Quickly resetting numerous locks, drawers, shelves, and game components within specific time frames outlined in
- training.
