Your Role
The Digital Charting Coordinator plays an essential part of the management of our sellable digital inventory in efforts to supply clients with inventory that meets advertiser’s needs. This role will support the Los Angeles digital portfolio to provide top of the line support throughout the media scheduling process to ensure accurate inputs and real time data to support the sales process.
Your Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives and Sales Administrative teams to chart proposals and contracts for digital OUTFRONT Media advertising inventory.
Provide outstanding support to Management and Sales Staff to provide up to date information with available digital advertising space.
Demonstrate clear understanding of local digital advertising inventory.
Effectively problem solve to address issues affecting local digital advertising inventory and the Charting Department.
Communicate with the sales department to confirm artwork, PI’s, and work orders are accurate.
Monitor webcams daily to confirm quality control of posted digital advertising copy.
Work closely with our digital department in Spokane to fulfill advertising campaigns.
Report weekly updates on posting information and Posting & Delivery (P&D) issues.
Maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly P&D reports to clear all digital media to be invoiced.
Proactively monitor, compile and distribute all unsold digital assets to the sales and ship-in teams. This will require communication with market leadership on pricing for specific start dates.
Your Qualifications
Possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize to meet assignment deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Strong Analytic capabilities.
Self-motivated with at least 3-5 years of professional work experience.
Ability to handle the tasks associated with a fast-paced advertising environment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
The salary range for this role is $25-$28/per hour. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
