Requirements:
· CPR and First Aid Certification (willingness to obtain)
· Ability to work indoors or outdoors and physically engage with children.
· Proficiency in English to connect with children and parents
Responsibilities
- Implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of each child.
- Manage classroom activities and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
- Utilize effective communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Incorporate outdoor activities to promote physical development and exploration.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and implement them in the classroom.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures, including being prepared to administer CPR and First Aid when necessary.
