The Technical Services Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and will function as a team member of the Tech Desk. Customer Service serves as the Company’s primary point of contact for all external customer inquiries regarding technical issues. The Technical Services Representative spends most of their time answering technical support calls and fielding inquiries through e-mail.

What You’ll Do:*
- Manages technical inquiries and serves as a key interface between Customer Service, R&D, Sales, Marketing, and the Channel for all issues by:
- Successfully answering and resolving incoming technical support issues through email or technical support help line
- Assisting in achieving/surpassing the Company’s expectations for call quality and answer rate
- Facilitating communication between departments to provide superior technical support
- Serving as a subject matter expert for internal inquiries for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure that all departments are aligned to best practices.

- Ability to drive adherence to planning best practices and procedures.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload while paying attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a strong team player.
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or related work experience preferred. High school diploma required.
- Two or more years of “front line” experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in a prior technical services role preferred.
