Overview:
The idea candidate for this position is very organized, punctual, and an effective communicator. Aside from the primary responsiblities, they are expected to develop and innovate the operating systems to increase efficiency through automation.
Primarily responsible for supply chain, payroll, production forecasting, and P&L analysis. Works directly over store managers to ensure operational performance standards are being met. Performs operating performance audits to qualify GM bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Establish monthly objectives and clearly articulate them to the store managers.
- Manage P&L performance and accuracy.
- Ensure all stores are operating in compliance with DOH and DOL.
- Audit every store at least four times per month for KPI compliance.
- Mentor the store managers in their areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Manage timely inventory submissions from each store.
- Maintain an accurate CPU sheet to strategically order products from the most cost effective vendors.
- Place orders for all stores and ensure they have all the products they need in time for production.
- Monitor schedules published by the store managers.
- Review timesheets approved by store managers, and submit payroll.
- Accurately maintain the time and attendance tracker.
- Ensure all store managers are enforcing expected behaviors and handbook policies.
- Ensure the timely submissions of all slack systems.
- Review secret shopper submissions and execute refunds.
- Manage action items through ASANA.
- Maintain weekly inventory sheets.
- Maintain production forecasters.
- Maintain drive organization.
- Monitor Crumbl news for updates.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding SOPs.
- Maintain performance charts.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, community outreach, and offsite events.
- Manage guest refunds, refund disputes, and customer service.
- Manage progressive disciplinary procedures.
