Role and Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience Standardization
- Organize/Direct Company participation for all trade shows (7-10 annually)
- Identify and pursue marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Ensure brand management and messaging is consistent
- Create social media content & campaigns, and maintain/update social media, website, etc. as needed
- Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets that align with company goals and target audience.
- Responsible for contributing to and adhering to the annual marketing budget.
- Manage projects with outside vendors.
- Understand key performance metrics and tracking tools for marketing activities, and translate results into marketing initiatives.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
- Design and deliver sell sheets, product spec sheets, and marketing packages
- Create Vendor Displays & Marketing Materials
- Provide marketing support at live and online events
- Perform social media marketing research
- Assist on influencer campaign strategy
- Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
- Help create and edit short-form videos, and assist with photo/video content shoots
- Maintain and update digital marketing assets content and images
- Create and manage Constant Contact mail campaigns
- Responsible for the Gagne LED Sign content
- Indoor TV display content (photos, videos, etc)
- Develop and design all print material including store signage, customer flyers, etc.
- Design and implement campaigns for current customer retention and new customer growth
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- An associate degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in marketing.
- Proficient in managing and optimizing social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance online presence and engage with the customers.
- Project management skills.
- Self-driven to implement marketing initiatives independently.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality work product, understanding our customer base, and tailoring marketing efforts to enhance success.
- Ability to adapt marketing strategies to changing circumstances.
- Maintains a positive attitude, contributing to a constructive work environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Experience in digital media campaigns
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with customers
- Organized with excellent time management, detail oriented and prioritization skills.
