Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Summary: The Behavior Analyst utilizes the principles of Behavior Analysis to effect positive change within our clients and families with disabilities. Our goal is to improve family outcomes through tailored training and support through both our behavior intervention services, and our early intervention services. We seek to serve historically under-represented communities and create lasting behavior change for the families we serve.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In conjunction with BCBA supervisor, develop and maintain treatment plans
- Evaluate patients to identify both skill deficits and strengths
- Analyze challenging behaviors to identify the function of the behavior
- Observe treatment implementation for potential program revisions
- Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
- Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols
- Provides ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
- Support technicians and follow best practices of direct observation
- Includes caregiver as a part of the treatment team
- Maintains appropriate documentation in patient medical records
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, families and colleagues
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for patients, families and colleagues
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements at all times
- Adherence to internal policies and procedures, and regulatory compliance and documentation required by various funding sources.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working towards BCBA certification, Behavior Resources can provide supervision hours.
- MA/MS in psychology, education, or related field.
o May consider Bachelor’s degree in related field WITH a minimum of 2 years’ experience in ABA field
- Minimum of 2 years direct experience and program developmenty with children and/or adolescents with ASD
Requirements
- Able to pass DOJ background/fingerprint screening
- Proof of negative TB test or chest x-ray
- Proof of valid California driver’s license and auto insurance
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area (Woodland/Davis/West Sacramento/Colusa)
- Fluency in Microsoft Office and the Internet
- Ability to read and write the English language
- Vaccination and current booster for COVID-19 required.
- Willing to wear mask during direct treatment as needed.
- Ability to engage in the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and visual acuity, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Spanish-speaking a plus.

Pay: $87,306.00 - $92,108.00 per year
