Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns. This role also involves implementing and maintaining call tracking systems, monitoring online reputation, and managing chatbot integrations for our diverse range of marketing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Google Ads and Social Media Ads Management:
- Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize and improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to enhance ad performance.
2. Call Tracking Implementation:
- Set up and maintain call tracking systems to monitor and analyze inbound calls from marketing campaigns.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of call data to provide insights into campaign effectiveness.
3. Reputation Monitoring:
- Monitor and manage online reviews and client feedback across various platforms.
- Respond to reviews and client feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement strategies to improve and maintain positive client reputations online.
4. Chatbot Implementation and Maintenance:
- Deploy and configure chatbot solutions to enhance client websites and customer engagement.
- Monitor chatbot performance and make necessary adjustments to improve user interactions and satisfaction.
5. Client Reporting and Communication:
- Provide Account Manager with regular updates and reports on campaign performance.
- Communicate effectively with the Account Manager to understand client needs and goals, and ensure these are met through our services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with call tracking systems and their implementation.
- Experience in online reputation management and client feedback response.
- Knowledge of chatbot technology and its application in a marketing context.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Google Ads or related digital marketing credentials.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or similar.
Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time position, requiring in-office presence three days a week. Exact days and hours will be determined based on company needs and candidate availability.
