Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English)
Location: Boca Raton and Delray Beach, FL
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Salary: $16/hr + Benefits
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in English and Spanish to join our Case Management Department. You will engage directly with clients, third parties, providers, and insurance companies. This role requires proficiency in computer use, general office tasks, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general data entry tasks
- Handle incoming calls and other communications
- Analyze and process all claims and verify accuracy
- Record information as needed
- Prepare and circulate reports as needed
- Perform additional duties as required
Experience/Requirements:
- Full-time, 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
- Ability to speak clearly on the phone required
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate with clients and co-workers effectively and efficiently
- Possess excellent organization skills and be able to multitask and prioritize workload
