Job Summary:
The SpringHill Suites Cheraw is currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. This position is a full-time, hourly role in the Hospitality industry and is located at Springhill Suites Cheraw, South Carolina. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient operation of the hotel's night audit function and providing excellent customer service to guests during the overnight shift. This is an individual contributor role with a compensation range of $12 to $13 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct the daily night audit processes, including reconciling and balancing daily hotel transactions, processing payments, and verifying accuracy of guest charges
- Complete financial reports and communicate any discrepancies or issues to management
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Answer incoming calls and assist with inquiries or guest requests
- Respond quickly and efficiently to any guest concerns or complaints
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring access to the hotel and properly handling any security or safety issues
- Complete any additional tasks or duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Knowledge of hotel property management systems and accounting software is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests
- Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
