Overview:
Kenyon Plastering is a stucco subcontractor seeking an Office Administrator in our Phoenix division located at 2602 N. 35th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ. This is a Full time in office position. Hours would be 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Salary range $20.00-$23.00 per hour depending upon experience.
This position coordinates paperwork and administrative tasks for our construction team as well as reports to our corporate office.

Duties will vary on a daily basis but may include:
Contract administration
Issuing certificates of insurance
Subcontract billing to General Contractors
Payment applications (Textura – AIA)
Lien Releases
Preliminary Notices
Submittals
Warranties
New Hires
Payroll processing and job costing
Certified Payroll
Processing purchase orders for accounts payable.
Division account collections
Data Entry
Filing
Education/Experience/Job Knowledge:
High School Diploma or GED
Construction related experience required
Accounting knowledge required
Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Spanish helpful but not required.
This office will require a motivated self-starter to accomplish the job. Other staff members are in and out all day long, but may be required to be in the office alone at various times.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
