Heirloom Lodge is opening in May, and is seeking candidates for all positions, front of the house and back.
The focuses in the beautiful new kitchen and dining rooms will be on fresh, produce-driven, European influenced cuisine, wine and exemplary service. Chef Matt Straus previously owned Heirloom Café in San Francisco, which is known as a great place to work.
Compensation will be a combination of hourly wage and tips, and will be as high or higher than other restaurants in the region.
Applicants should have significant experience working in restaurants.
Interviews will begin in April.
