Payless Janitorial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, including Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart, and overseeing our inventory system, SellerCloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, brand development, and import purchase orders, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of our Sellercloud, Amazon, Shopify POS and online store, and Walmart accounts.
- SellerCloud and Shopify datae ntry and organization: Accurately enter and update product data in SellerCloud.
- Monitor account health, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any account-related issues promptly
- Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels for e-commerce channels.
- Monitor inventory turnover and coordinate restocking as necessary to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Organize and maintain inventory records to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Perform regular audits of inventory data to identify and correct discrepancies.
Brand Development
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the Payless Janitorial brands (Tiger Tough, Zife, Dry Gear, Cleaners Depot) across all e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand growth.
Ensure product listings are optimized for SEO and are up-to-date with accurate information and attractive visuals:
- Conduct regular audits and updates of product listings.
- Collaborate with content and design teams for high-quality visuals.
- Monitor competitor listings and industry trends.
Overseen and implement e-commerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM):
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Design targeted email campaigns and manage social media advertising.
- Oversee SEM campaigns and optimize based on performance data.
Overseen and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the e-commerce website:
- Create and execute social media marketing campaigns.
- Develop content calendars and engage with followers.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Technology savvy, with proficiency in e-commerce management tools.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, with a focus on Sellercloud, Amazon, Shopify, and Walmart.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data to drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
