We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to our customers via inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing accurate information.
Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and patience, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, or cancellations efficiently and accurately using our CRM system.
Follow communication scripts and company policies to ensure consistency and compliance in customer interactions.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems or similar software is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
