Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled HVAC office manager to serve as our Senior Office Manager. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and manage additional remote office managers as the team grows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our product development team to provide insights and expertise on office management practices specific to small HVAC contractors.
- Assist in designing and testing the virtual office manager AI product, ensuring it meets the needs of small business contractors.
- Provide remote office management services to customers, including administrative support, scheduling, customer service, and other related tasks.
- Develop and document best practices for office management to be integrated into the AI product.
- Train and support customers in using the virtual office manager AI product effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in office management and AI technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HVAC office manager, preferably with a successful track record in supporting small contractors.
- Strong understanding of office management procedures and practices within the HVAC industry.
- Experience with small business operations, particularly in the skilled trades sector.
- Experience using commonly used software tools such as Quickbooks, Jobber, House Call Pro, Service Titan, and Joist.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Access to a location with a strong internet connection where you can provide remote phone, chat, and video chat support.
