Dunwoody Village is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic MARKETING AND COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR to join our team!

Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator is responsible for:
· guiding prospective residents and priority list members through the move-in process
· coordinating digital and print advertising
· promoting the community through press releases and social media platforms
· planning special events and programs
· in partnership with the Director, ensuring that all advertising and public relations materials closely align with our Dunwoody Village brand and mission.
Essential duties of the Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator include:
- Embodying and articulating the vision and mission of the organization inside and outside of the community.
- Embracing, promoting, and upholding the Dunwoody Village Code of Conduct.
- In partnership with the Director of Marketing, managing the annual advertising campaign and ad placements to ensure consistent and effective branding.
- Maintaining and enhancing the website, social media, and publicity.
- Engaging with prospective residents and priority waiting list members, sharing information, conducting tours, and providing follow-up information to guide them through the decision-making process.
- Coordinating special events and programs for residents and the neighboring community.
Our successful incumbent will have the following experience/education/credentials:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience -- with experience in healthcare/CCRC strongly preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate in a courteous, respectful, and effective manner with internal and external stakeholders.
- Thorough knowledge of marketing, admissions, public relations, and community relations.
- Strong management skills combined with a commitment to creativity that allows for continued improvement in quality and productivity.
