Construction General Contractor based in Hillsborough, New Jersey seeking candidates for an Office Assistant/Receptionist position.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones in a polite and professional manner.
- Scanning and filing paperwork, receipts and construction drawings.
- Post invoices in Foundation accounting software.
- Help prepare construction bids.
- Manage company contacts and calendar.
Position includes base salary, retirement plan, health & dental benefits, paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
Requirements:
- Basic/Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Windows & Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
- Ability to save files in Windows file system.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
- Professional and polite phone skills and ability to use an Avaya office phone system.
- Bookkeeping experience a plus (but not required) and provides future opportunity for advancement.
- 40 hours per week. 8:30AM – 4:30 PM in office.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
