Job Summary
Assists Driver Experience Specialist and Driver Relations Manager in a variety of tasks in order to improve driver recruiting, training, and retention. Identifies and quantifies interactions with drivers (driver engagement). Confirms availability and builds a rapport with all drivers and communicates all issues with the Driver Recruiter and Driver Relations Manager. Conducts driver training, driver surveys, and reports results. Responsible for posting of all recruiting and advertising previously designed and approved by superiors on various social media platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assists with driver recruiting and onboarding steps
Attend and assist at job fairs, which includes, but is not limited to:
- Lifting up to 30 pounds
- Standing (2+ hours at a time)
Initial and follow-up driver training in various systems, as needed
Assists with driver meetings and driver appreciation events
Driver Surveys
- Distribution
- Tabulating Results
Daily/Weekly driver utilization analysis
- Driver payout data
- Report running
Daily capacity confirmation
Driver Score Carding
- Consolidating and reporting driver performance
Meet designated KPIs weekly, monthly, and quarterly according to company policies
Other duties, projects, and tasks as assigned

Education and/or Experience Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. Bilingual English/Spanish IS A MUST.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
