Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our dedicated team of technicians and ensure our service standards are continually met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Oversee and lead a team of plumbing technicians, providing direct reports and ensuring effective team management.
- Scheduling: Review and assign daily schedules to plumbers, optimizing team deployment and job completion.
- Technical and Administrative Support: Provide ongoing support to plumbers, including sourcing materials and troubleshooting complex service issues.
- Customer Relations: Maintain and enhance relationships with customers, manage and resolve customer issues, and handle changes in job scope proactively.
- Subcontractor Management: Effectively manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct video inspections on all service calls to ensure each job is completed correctly and meets our cleanliness standards.
- Financial Oversight: Approve invoices, track expenses, and monitor cash transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role within the plumbing or related service industry.
- Proven track record of managing teams and providing customer satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in plumbing services is highly preferred.
