The Edgewater is an independent boutique, one of kind, 223 rooms iconic hotel with 11,000 sq ft of meeting space. The Edgewater Hotel is the flagship property for Noble House Hotels and Resorts.
We are looking for an experienced Maintenace Engineer to join our band! Your role will be to drive exceptional guest experience and play a critical role in the upkeep of this iconic hotel and fine dining restaurant.

Salary: Starting at $25/hr, DOE
Shift: Must have full availability; able to work weekends and holidaysA day in the Life:
- Routine Maintenance: Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.
- Repairs: Responding promptly to guest requests and resolving maintenance issues such as leaks, faulty equipment, or broken fixtures to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all equipment and facilities meet safety regulations and standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Emergency Response: Being on call to address emergency maintenance issues, such as power outages or flooding, and taking appropriate action to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing, to track maintenance history and identify recurring issues.
- Customer Service: Delivers exceptional customer service consistently.
