About this opportunity
Ericsson seeks a Project Manager (Project Specialist) in Plano, Texas; hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to analyze, coordinate, and establish the project plan baseline related to data driven and agile hardware services reverse logistics supply chain: define project scope, secure the vital resources and plans and supervise all activities.
What you will do:
Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts and critical issues. Motivates and communicates the full picture of what, when and why of the project to all key partners. Makes use of the Project Steering Group in a professional way. Mitigates risks, removes impediments and deals with critical issues. Takes full responsibility and accountability for the committed work and delivers according to plans and overall estimates. Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring. Develop the CPM field: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas. Lead or support Task Forces to fix urgent technical issues in a professional way. Support e-2-e collaboration, partnership and engagement.
You will bring:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field and 2 years of experience within Data, Process, Pricing Management or related. 2 years of experience to include: Reverse Logistics Supply Chains, Data Management, Data Handling, Data Analysis and Database tools including PowerBI, PowerApps, and SQL.
