Gabrielli Rental & Leasing Regional Operations Manager
Job Description:
The Regional Operations Manager oversees and manages the service operations and personnel for locations within assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Fleet Director
- Demonstrates daily alignment with the company's Core Purpose and Core Values
- In conjunction with the Fleet Supervisors, establish financial goals and operational objectives for the branch service department
- Responsible for the Leasing Service Departments Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Provide coaching and guidance to department staff to achieve operational excellence and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Oversee Service Department staff hiring goals - Participate in employee recruiting initiatives to identify and secure staffing needs
- Review and manage key performance indicators to determine operational and financial performance opportunities including OOS days and Sub costs
- Review and oversee inventory levels are established to meet service department needs – Perform monthly inventory audits
- Performs quality control audits on preventative maintenance services
- Perform staff performance reviews and provide wage recommendations based on achievement of goals and objectives
- Identify training and development needs of Service Technicians and department staff • Identify revenue growth opportunities and work with sales and service team to win new business
- Learn the products and systems we represent along with OEM guidelines and policies • Mentors and coaches to ensure the branch operations and personnel are working in compliance with all company and industry safety regulations
- Proficient with service department operating systems including work order management and OEM warranty processing
- Ability to collaborate and work with all department managers as a team to achieve company goals and objectives
- Displays willingness to make decisions; Exhibits sound and accurate judgment; Supports and explains reasoning for decisions; Includes appropriate people in decisionmaking process; Makes timely decisions
- Develops and manages strong relationships at all levels of customer’s organization and maintains customer confidence
- Coordinates cost effective, self-managed travel schedules
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications
- Highly developed mechanical background in heavy construction or industrial equipment industry
- Great attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Solid teamwork, communications, and interpersonal skills • Customer Oriented
- Coordination and Planning
- PC Proficiency (Microsoft Office, excel, word, etcl)
- 8+ years' experience in dealer service or fleet maintenance operations within the heavy equipment industry
- 2+ years of experience managing people

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
