As a Controller, you will be a vital asset in overseeing the financial management and reporting processes of the organization. Experience Required – 5+ years in accounting for multi-corporate, privately held business. Wholesale Distribution Experience preferred.
Duties include:
Supervise staff of 3 accounting department personnel (A/R, A/P and all G/L functions)
Daily cash and accounts receivable management and coordination with bank
Monthly closings of all accounting records (A/R, A/P, G/L, Cash recs)
Maintain all workpapers, including documentation to support month end closings
ADP online payroll and health insurance coordination
Monthly commission reports
Monthly sales tax filings
Interface with pension administrator for various retirement plans
Coordinate with outside corporate accountants and bank auditors
Various special project work

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
