At RESTOR Medical Spa, we Make Aging Optional through medical aesthetics and functional medicine. We are Physician led, and women owned, with 3 locations.
As a Spa Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day and profitability of their center. You will be in charge of customer service, inventory management, appointment schedules, membership and facilities.
The ideal candidate for this role is proactive reasonable and amiable. Able to handle difficult situation involving people, and a variety of assignments at once. You have natural follow through, and can get others to cooperate with you.
Key Performance Outcomes:
- 60%+ follow up booked
- 75%+ labor productivity
- Inventory within par parameters, and cog%
- 7+ total member increase per month

- Provide day-to day support to Director of Operations
- Staff Management
- Inventory Management
- Facilities Management
- Customer Service Management
- Day to Day administrative Management
- Responsible for your location and ready to hit and exceed sales and membership goals, and reduce churn.
Requirements:
- 2+ year(s) management experience preferred
- History of supervising, managing, and leading teams effectively in service based brick and mortar businesses preferred.
- Prior spa and/or retail sales experience are strongly preferred.
- Proficient in GSuite. Prior experience with POS software Zenoti.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and evening hours.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
