We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing sales operations across multiple regions, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic business initiatives. Direct Hire
Salary: $75k + Commission
OTE $150k
Duties:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance and pipeline activities
Requirements:
- Need 5 years of experience in brokering aftermarket aviation parts
- Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or related roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Proficiency in technology sales or technical sales is preferred
- Excellent negotiation and warm calling skills
- Ability to travel regionally as needed
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
