FlexIT has immediate needs for Remote Information Technology Recruiter's. The ideal candidates would be located in the Pacific Northwest, Midwest, or South Eastern United States.

Reports To: Director of Recruiting
Responsibilities:
? Recruit candidates and serve as the main point of contact throughout the recruiting cycle
? Source candidates using a variety of tools to build a candidate pipeline
? Screen candidates by thoroughly reviewing their qualifications, job history, education, certifications against their resume via phone/video.
? Build and maintain relationships with candidates/employees/clients
? Understand our client?s business and initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural
environments to match the goals of our candidates with their hiring needs
? Negotiate unique compensation packages that include, but are not limited to, wages and benefits.
? Manage onboarding processes that include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug
screening, employment paperwork
? Perform candidate reference checks
? Actively participate in lead generation for Account Managers
? Manage job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
? Stay current with recruiting trends and best practices, including technology, market, and
employment trends
? Participate in client conference calls and meetings
? Work closely with and build relationships with Vender Managers when applicable
