Summary: We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Renewals and Sales Support team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for contributing to various aspects of the renewal and sales process, requiring exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong work ethic. This position requires excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in building relationships with both customers and colleagues.
This position requires execution of our renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders, managing customer and vendor relationships through email communication, and providing comprehensive support to assigned Account Managers. You will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and retention by effectively managing the day-to-day operations of the renewals cycle. You will make routine decisions with guidance and support from your manager on complex issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by fostering strong relationships with customers.
Assist customers by promptly addressing their needs and concerns regarding renewals, add-ons, hardware orders, licensing changes, invoicing, and other inquiries.
Maintain consistent customer engagement throughout the renewal sales cycle.
Proactively create and deliver accurate budgetary and renewal quotes/sales orders, ensuring timely communication with customers to align with their budget constraints and spending forecasts.
Generate quotes for customers / account managers utilizing CPQ.
Collaborate closely with dedicated account managers to proactively support the ongoing management of their assigned book of business, ensuring adherence to established best practices and processes for optimal customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain up-to-date reports for all renewals, add-ons, hardware orders.
Track and report progress to Account Manager(s) and Renewal Team Manager.
Utilize Salesforce to properly document, report and forecast current and future opportunities. Ensure all data in SF is current and accurate.
Collaborate effectively with internal departments such as Order Management, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of customer issues.
Prioritize weekly and monthly sales support activities to maximize quarterly revenue.
Properly identify potential upsell opportunities to maximize growth within existing accounts and communicate the opportunities to supporting account managers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors, staying informed about their
processes, campaigns, and product updates.
Assist the manager as needed with training of new team members.
Stay current with evolving processes and updates within Salesforce.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Customer Service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring prompt and professional interactions with clients and colleagues.
Google Workspace experience
Highly organized multitasker, effectively prioritizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines.
Proven ability to perform in a fast and dynamic work environment.

Possesses a strong work ethic and a proven ability to deliver results.
Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
