Zeterre Landscape Architecture (in the SOMA area) is growing exponentially yet again!!! We are seeking creative, conceptually driven landscape designers/architects with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. We are currently going through an exciting period of change and growth for our company, and are looking for individuals who are excited to grow and learn with our team. Our firm has made its reputation with award award-winning high-end residential projects, but more recently we've had a flood of new interest in our firm in the last few months from the hospitality world, on top of our popularity in the high end residential market. These new projects include:
-3 Large resort projects
-2 Culinary and dining experience gardens for world-renowned restaurants/chefs
-2 Big museums/public works projects
-5 20-year large scale residential projects
-and many more that we can't talk about
A successful candidate thrives in a collaborative studio environment, possesses exceptional graphic and technical documentation skills, and enjoys contributing to our intentionally eruopean-family style design house culture. (Ours is fun but wildly productive!)
This position truly sits at the core of Zeterre’s project delivery. Our Landscape Designers, (or those licensed, Landscape Architects), serve as project managers on jobs and play an integral role in authoring studio commissions. Responsibilities span design, client communication, and project financial performance.

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop innovative and highly creative design solutions in response to challenges posed by a project’s scope
Participate in project meetings and presentations, both internal and external, throughout all project phases
Manage preparation of landscape architectural deliverables for all project phases including site details, materials selection, grading, and planting plans
Manage project team workflow, ensuring collaboration, maintenance of schedule, and comprehensive project coordination at all levels
Perform construction observation with knowledge of proper construction practices
Self-motivated with the ability to manage and mentor team members as appropriate
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
3 Years Minimum Work Experience in a Landscape Architecture Firm
Highly Skilled in Auto Cad and Sketch-Up and Microsoft Office Suite
Helpful Skills:
Hospitality Design Experience an EXTREME PLUS
Lumion and Sketchup a Huge Plus
Adobe Suite: Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator would be very helpful
Experience with AI technology: ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. would be a Huge Plus as well
