The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts within the Upper Midwest Region. This position requires experience in Fluid Power, strong project management skills. and someone who is driven towards results. RERESPONSIBILITIES
- Increase business for the assigned region – Upper Midwest
- Promote all Bucher Hydraulics to OEM and Distributor accounts in the region
- Partner with various departments to coordinate projects and new opportunities
- Review customer requests and determine feasibility
- Review and research market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive pricing and maximize margins
- Represent Bucher Hydraulics at various events such as trade shows, conventions, seminars etc.
- Follow through the entire life cycle of new products
- Provide updates to key management on established frequency
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent related work experience
- Five years of successful experience in Fluid Power Sales
- History of successful sales experience
- Understand and demonstrate technical knowledge as it relates to fluid power
- Results oriented
- Self-starter
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Must be able to travel 50-70%
