Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact to daily interactions with prospective and existing clients including basic inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
- Onboard new clients, open new clients accounts in all lines of business: Managed accounts, Annuities (Variable & Fixed) and insurance
- Monitor and follow up to ensure assets transferred on time and meet post issued requirements
- Ensure client documents stay current and in compliance with firm's policy
- Assists Advisors with marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events.
- Actively engages in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- FINRA Licensed ( 6,7,65/66)
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry experiences
- Familiar with Client Relationship Software, and Goal planning software
- Attention to detail
- Strong ethics with a customer-oriented attitude
- Outstanding communication skills in multiple platform ( in-person, virtual, phone, and mail)
