**Shift will be 11pm-7am**
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests
- Perform quality assurance requirements for department
- Communicate pertinent shift information in the digital logbook and records system
- Pass on pertinent information to the next shift: Group information, current selling strategy, guest follow-ups
- Schedule wake-up calls
- Receive and transmit messages
- Ensure delivery of requested amenities to guest rooms (towels, pillows, etc.)
- Key control
- Close and balance shift
- Make and confirm reservations
- Complete a review of the transactions for the day and report all errors
- Compile and organize all materials for the next shift
Positions Requirements:
- Weekend Availability
- Hotel front desk experience, preferred
Job Type: Full-time
