Role Overview:*
As the Northern Territory Manager and Marketing Coordinator, you will be the heart of our mission, orchestrating and managing the in-home care and services for our clients and advocating for seniors to have the ability to age in their own homes.

What Will My Role Look Like?*
Marketing Strategy and Sales Growth
- Generate leads through networking and building relationships with key referral sources.
- Convert prospects into clients by conducting in-home assessments, securing agreements, and developing care plans.
- Follow up with prospects and referrers to ensure a positive experience and maintain communication.

Quality of Client Care & Client Satisfaction_
- Ensure quality care by coordinating follow-up communication and visits with clients and families.
- Conduct/ensure completion of client reassessments with Northern Territory Care Coordinator and coordinate care with partner agencies as needed.
- Support families and clients with medical care needs in collaboration with Comfort Keepers’ nurses.

- Community representation of the company to attract applicants.

- Daily lead and support the Petoskey administrative team to achieve goals and develop positive relationships with clients, families, and care team members
- Promote Comfort Keepers' values and mission in all interactions.

Essential Functions:_
- Achieve growth objectives and increase market share in the assigned territory.
- Track all activities in VIV, our scheduling software.
- New sales calls
- Participate in regular meetings.
- Monitor competitive activity and trends.
- Conduct visits to prospective and current clients.
- Assist with scheduling problem-solving as needed.
- Follow up with clients and caregivers to ensure satisfaction.
- Supervisory role of the Petoskey Administrative Team
Travel:
- Embark on journeys to Cheboygan, Emmet, Charlevoix, Antrim, and Otsego counties, ensuring personalized care for seniors and creating and maintaining strategic marketing connections.

Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent career experience in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Supervisory and/or coaching experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive sales and management experience, preferably in healthcare or senior services.
- Must be able to successfully pass a nationwide criminal background check.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation.
