If so, then we have an opportunity for you. Keller Williams Encino-Sherman Oaks is looking for a dynamic person who wants to support our Agents and Leadership as our Agent Services Director. This leadership position will involve working with the team leader on recruiting and production goals. This is a supportive role for someone self-described as task-oriented, dependable, and who understands the importance of time management and relationship building.
The Agent Services Director facilitates new agent intake and orientation for both new and experienced Agents to assist them in acclimating to the Keller Williams’ systems and resources. This position coordinates calendar events, classes, and events, leads the on and off-boarding processes for agents, maintains the office space and supplies, and manages the office website and intranet site, as well as internal systems and communications.
What will you do?
Greet and welcome everyone with a positive, professional attitude and give tours
- Manage Training Calendar and coordinate office events
- Onboarding including intake paperwork and account set up for joining agents
- First point of contact for main office line call direction
- Office communications including daily email announcements, social media, and database managemen
- Coordinate the purchase and maintenance of all office equipment/supplies
- Manage the office Social Media accounts
- Prepare Power Point presentations
Knowledge
- Strong training skills
- Microsoft Office suite and Google suite skills are a must
- Resourceful and can adapt to fast paced entrepreneurial environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects
- Time management and Prioritization
- Strong interpersonal skills and a very friendly demeanor
- Proactive positive problem-solving attitude
- Real estate industry, Keller Williams systems and culture experience is a plus
Compensation: Pay Range is based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
