Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the daily operations of the organization
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement educational programs and initiatives
- Manage and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Assist in budgeting and financial management, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts to drive organizational growth and success
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community members
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in education administration
- Assist in evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
- Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Education Administration or related field
- Proven experience in an educational leadership role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ensuring that Springdale Montessori students and staff members enjoy a safe and nurturing environment through adherence to state and company policies.
- Managing confidential student and staff files to ensure compliance with all state and company policies.
- Representing the Springdale Montessori brand in the community and supporting our mission to provide excellence in education.
- Developing relationships with families to provide the highest quality education and care to their children.
- Collaborating with the Center Director to maintain the standards and expectations.
- Maintain the office in an orderly and efficient manner in terms of documents, records, and positive customer service and maintain the confidentiality of all communications.
- Communicate and relay day-to-day information (phones, conversations, buzzers) to Director, faculty, and staff when working in the front office.
